-Silver tarnish can be removed using a silver polish cloth to bring you jewellery back to its beautiful shine.
-To avoid scratches it is advisable to keep your jewellery in it’s original box or in a jewellery box separate from your other pieces.
-Take special care with the chain to avoid tangles, especially snake chains which should be kept flat to avoid kinking. Snake chains in particular should never been scrunched up and should only be kept flat and untangled.
-Many things can discolour the silver and it is advisable to apply perfume before putting on the necklace and taking off while shower, swimming, sleeping or doing a high activity sport.

The first one after the design has been okayed by you the customer. The second instalment is asked for just before completing the piece of jewellery.
– All confirmations of sizes eg. ring, bangle.. will be final so please make sure you are 100% sure. Some things can not be resized due to the design but where possible we will try to resize it for you at additional cost.

When booking you will need to make your wedding rings (at least) 8 weeks before your wedding date to ensure your rings have time to be sent for hallmarking, returned to me
to be finished before being sent on to you both.
I require a £50 booking deposit which will be taken off your final cost.
The full payment (£400 + the cost of materials) will be taken 14 days prior to the course date, once your balance has been paid I will then buy your materials. In certain circumstances it may be advisable that I order your materials in advance. If you decide to not go ahead with the course, but materials have been bought and paid for, you can keep the materials or I can give you a refund for the value I would get from scrapping them.
If you are late with the payment this may mean postponing the courses as I may have trouble getting the materials on time.
Customer can cancel up to 7 days before the course date for a refund (excluding £50 deposit and the cost of materials).
Any time after this the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
We strongly advise our couples to stay on Raasay the night before and after to ensure they will be able to make it to the course on time.
We can not take responsibility for a course being missed due to travel problems or weather. Please make sure of ferry times as I cannot extend the course if you are late.
On the day you will need to wear sensible flat shoes, sensible layers to keep warm/take off when too hot and long hair must be tied back at all times.
Once finished your rings they will be sent away to be hallmarked which is a legal requirement, this means that you will not be able to take them away and instead I will send them on to you when they are returned to me (roughly two weeks in total).
The prices can be seen by the products on the website, we reserve the right to change these when required to.

Please note
Due to each piece being made to order you’re lovely piece of jewellery may take up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. And as they are all handmade there will be small quirks in the design that set it apart from other pieces, unlike manufactured pieces. I try and keep pictures true to life but the image may vary from true life due to the camera angles, lighting and computer/tablet screens. This may make the colour of stones appear slightly different
to real life.
